A great heating system, everything it was promised to be! Very efficient!  
Installation and clean up were great, and a wonderful support system as followup!

I highly recommend Advanced Comfort Systems and Richard Cavanagh for the excellent job that was done to my home in Woodstock, NY.  Retrofitting a floor for radiant heat and installing a new furnace is not simple and easy and can be very difficult.
Rich made it a pleasure. A great job in a timely fashion.
I advise anyone considering hiring Rich to simply do what he says and give him a
hefty deposit right away before you loose the opportunity to work with him.
Words alone do not convey how satisfied I am with the work done.

I just wanted to give you some feedback about our assessment of the work that was done by you and your crew.
Bottom line is that we are very happy and very appreciative of the work that you did. The idea of putting in radiant heating was something that we toyed with but needed your expertise to walk us through and ultimately help with the decision. We are very happy that you put in the radiant heat, and it works flawlessly. We had trepidations about how to heat a "barn like space" with 38 foot ceilings, and were concerned that much of the heat would dissipate with the height. We were pleasantly surprised that radiant heat solved the issue.
As for the A/C, that also works flawlessly, and both systems are managed by a computer that switches from heat to A/C as needed, as opposed to the other part of my house where I must manually change the settings.
Any repairs (and there have not been many) have been done by you and your crew on a timely basis, and you adhere to your guarantees/warrantees.
We are very satisfied using your services, and will continue to use you for all of our heating and A/C needs throughout the whole house as well.
